Our pasture-raised pork shoulder roast is a richly marbled, flavorful cut perfect for slow roasting, braising, or smoking. Taken from the upper shoulder of the pig, this roast is ideal for making pulled pork, kalua pig, or savory carnitas. Its balance of meat and fat makes it juicy, tender, and packed with deep, porky flavor when cooked low and slow.
Raised on our Big Island farm with no antibiotics, hormones, or vaccines, our pork delivers clean, wholesome nutrition and incredible flavor you can trust.
Our Pork:
All of our pork products come from our farm, Sugar Hill Farmstead, on the Big Island. They are pasture raised, and given no antibiotics, vaccines, hormones or chemicals. They eat a natural omnivore diet of local and seasonal fruits, vegetables, and whey from the local diary. This is by far the best pork available in Hawaii.
