Cross-Cut Pork Hocks – Pasture-Raised, Collagen-Rich & Full of Flavor
Our cross-cut pork hocks are taken from the lower leg of our pasture-raised pigs and sliced into thick, meaty sections that are ideal for slow cooking, braising, and hearty stews. With the perfect balance of meat, fat, bone, and connective tissue, pork hocks deliver incredible depth of flavor and are naturally rich in collagen, making them a favorite for bone broth and comfort food classics.
These hocks are especially delicious in recipes like pork osso buco, pea soup, lau lau, or slow-braised in tomato and wine sauces for a fall-off-the-bone meal.
Raised on pasture with no antibiotics, hormones, or GMOs, our pork hocks are sourced from pigs raised with care on our regenerative Big Island farm.

Our Pork:
All of our pork products come from our farm, Sugar Hill Farmstead, on the Big Island. They are pasture raised, and given no antibiotics, vaccines, hormones or chemicals. They eat a natural omnivore diet of local and seasonal fruits, vegetables, and whey from the local diary. This is by far the best pork available in Hawaii.
