One of the most prized and often overlooked cuts of the fish. Our wild-caught Alaskan halibut collars come from our friends at Rollman Family Salmon in Alaska and are available in very limited quantities.

The meat around the collar is exceptionally tender, juicy, and flavorful. Roast, grill, or broil until the edges caramelize, then pull the meat right from the bone. If you love fish cheeks, wings, or other flavorful cuts, this one is worth trying.
