• Total Weight: ~430 lbs of take-home beef (based on ~600 lb hanging weight)

• Freezer Space Needed: 14–16 cubic feet

• Cut Ratio:

  • 50% Premium Cuts (steaks, brisket, specialty)

  • 50% Ground & Roasts (stew, chuck, ground beef)

   

• Statewide Shipping: Delivery to Oahu, Maui, Molokai, and Kauai available 

• Farm Pickup: Pick up directly at our Big Island farm

1. Reserve Your Share: A $1,000 deposit secures your spot (applied toward final cost of ~$6,450; varies with add-ons)

2. Customize Your Order: Receive a personalized Cut Sheet — we’ll guide you through options if it’s your first time

3. Get Your Beef: Two weeks post-processing, we’ll contact you to arrange pick-up or delivery and send your final invoice
