Our pasture-raised pork sirloin steaks come from the very end of the loin, where the meat is naturally lean yet slightly more forgiving than traditional center-cut chops. This cut is part of the loin end, these bone-in sirloin chops are easy-to-cook steaks perfect for everyday meals.
Ideal for grilling, pan-searing, or oven roasting, pork sirloin steaks deliver clean flavor, tender texture, and high versatility in the kitchen.

Our Pork:
All of our pork products come from our farm, Sugar Hill Farmstead, on the Big Island. They are pasture raised, and given no antibiotics, vaccines, hormones or chemicals. They eat a natural omnivore diet of local and seasonal fruits, vegetables, and whey from the local diary. This is by far the best pork available in Hawaii.
