• Other Cuts: Boneless Stew, Brisket, Short Rib, Ground Beef, Soup Bone, Marrow Bones

• Optional Add-ons: Offals like Liver and Heart upon request

Details for Your Half Beef Share

• Weight: Approximately 200 lbs of premium, dry-aged beef.

 Cuts Breakdown:

• 50% Premium Cuts: Steaks, brisket, tri-tip, picanha.

• 50% Braising Roasts and Ground: ground, stew, chuck roast

• Freezer Space Needed: Approximately 8 cubic feet.

• Pickup and shipping available: Half beef shares are available for pickup directly from our farm or can be shipped to Oahu, Maui, and Kauai. 

How to Reserve Your Beef Share:

1. Secure Your Spot: Place a $500 deposit, which will be applied to your final balance of $3,000* (based on a 200 pound share, increased price may occur with additional add-ons)

2. Customize Your Cuts: We’ll email you a personalized Cut Sheet to guide your selections. If it’s your first time, we’re happy to assist you in tailoring your options during a scheduled call.

3. Pick Up Your Beef: Two weeks after processing, we’ll notify you to arrange a pick-up time or coordinate shipping method.
