Our fresh ham steak (uncured) is a thick, meaty slice from the hind leg of our pasture-raised pigs, raised with care on our Big Island farm. With no curing or smoking, this cut is clean and versatile, making it ideal for creating your own homestyle country ham, or simply pan-searing for a satisfying, hearty meal.
