The Ancestral Bundle was created for people who want to eat more traditionally and make use of the whole animal.

For generations, cuts like liver, heart, tongue, oxtail, and shank were valued parts of the diet, not leftovers. This bundle brings those traditional cuts together with our Primal Ground and slow-cooking favorites for a true nose-to-tail approach to beef.

✔ 2 Packages of Primal Ground Beef: Four pounds total of our dry-aged ground beef blended with beef liver and heart. An easy way to incorporate organ meats into everyday meals.

✔ Beef Heart : A traditional organ meat with a surprisingly mild flavor and firm, steak-like texture. Great sliced thin, grilled, or slow cooked.

✔ Beef Liver: One of the most classic ancestral foods and a true whole-animal staple. Best prepared simply or incorporated into recipes alongside ground beef.

✔ Oxtail :A deeply flavorful slow-cooking cut with plenty of connective tissue and richness. Perfect for soups, stews, and braises.

✔ Beef Tongue :Tender and incredibly flavorful when slow cooked. A traditional cut used in cuisines around the world.

✔ Neck Roast: Rich, meaty, and ideal for long, slow cooking. Perfect for shredding, braising, and hearty meals.

✔ Cross-Cut Shank: A classic bone-in cut with meat, marrow, and connective tissue all in one. Excellent for slow braises, soups, and traditional comfort foods.

✔ Marrow Bones: 2 bones. A classic nose-to-tail cut that can be roasted, added to broth, or whipped for baby's first meal.
