Sugar Hill Farmstead is located right here in Honomu, and we raise 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef with zero antibiotics, hormones, or chemicals. Whether you're in Hilo, Kona, Waimea, or Volcano, you can pick up your box at the farm or get it delivered frozen anywhere on the island.

  • Free Pick Up at the farm in Honomu. (by appointment)

  • Boxes ship priority overnight reaching your door by 8pm
  • We ship via FedEx throughout the state of Hawaii, no PO Boxes.

FAQ

Do you deliver to all areas on Big Island?

Yes! From Hawaiian Paradise Park to Captain Cook, Kailua-Kona to Hawi we deliver anywhere on the island.

Can I come see the farm or pick up in person?

Yes! You can schedule a pickup right at our farm in Honomu. We love meeting our customers. Once you place your order you'll be contacted by us to schedule your pick up. 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 Beef Share pick up is the Sunday before the ship date listed on the drop down menu.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

We recommend it! Your box will be packed to stay cold for 24 hours, but we suggest getting it into the freezer as soon as possible.

When will my order ship?

We ship Monday through Thursday to avoid delays over the weekend. Once your order leaves the farm, you’ll receive tracking information directly via email.

For beef shares: Please note that these are not in stock and may take up to 2 weeks to process. We sell off the entire animal before harvesting. Once all shares are reserved, we harvest, dry-age the beef, cut and package it, and then flash-freeze everything for quality. You’ll receive tracking info once it’s on the way!

Do you accept EBT?

Yes! EBT/SNAP must be processed in person at time of pick-up. Please contact us at brittany@sugarhillfarmstead.com with your order. We'll reserve your items and schedule pick-up.

Do I need to belong to the CSA to order?

Nope! You don’t have to be a CSA member. While we used to offer chicken, lamb, and pork exclusively through our CSA, they’re now available to everyone — no subscription required.
