Deviled Egg Recipe
One deviled egg is never enough! Deviled eggs are an easy mid-morning snack, and a welcomed addition to any bar-b-que or potluck. Top with all kinds of things like: paprika, cayenne, bacon, green onions, dill, or a mixture of your favorite herbs.
Ingredients
6 hardboiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayonaise
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks; set whites aside. Mash yolks with a fork in a small bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and onion; mix well. Pipe or spoon mixture into egg whites. Piping tip: Cut off a corner of a small ziplock bag and spoon mashed yolks into the bag.
Top your stuffed eggs with bacon, green onion, paprika, or dill. Refrigerate until serving.
