Aloha! Welcome to Sugar Hill Farmstead’s meat delivery service, providing local Hawaii Island residents the very best from farm to doorstep. We work hard on the farm so you don’t have to!

We’re the first meat CSA on the Big Island, and we’re proud of it. Through hard work and determination, we’ve compiled a variety of grass-fed beef and lamb, pasture-raised pork and chicken, free-range eggs, and rabbit. Sugar Hill Farmstead has been featured on TV and in newspapers for winning the Hawaii Island Business Plan Competition (HIplan).

How does the Sugar Hill Farmstead meat delivery work?

Step 1

Pick your subscription option- All our meat delivery options are designed to fit in a standard refrigerator freezer, making sure you have a continuous stock of fresh local meats without having to invest in extra storage. We are currently at capacity for our Meat CSA, please add your name to our waitlist.

Step 2

Once you’ve picked the subscription that’s right for you, add it to your cart. You’ll be prompted for any dislikes- if you are up for the full variety of pastured meats put “none” in the comment box. Your membership auto-renews each month, so if your preferences change or you decide to put your subscription on hold please let us know by emailing brittany@sugarhillfarmstead.com

Step 3

At check-out please select your desired pick-up location. We offer free home delivery in Honomu, Pepeekeo, Papaikou, Paukaa, and greater Hilo area. We also offer several convenient pick-uplocations in Honomu, Hilo, and Kailua-Kona. Members can manage their subscriptions through customer accounts. Most CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) programs require upfront membership fees and lump sum season fees, but we’ve streamlined the process so you pre-pay only for your next month’s delivery to ensure we have the freshest meat possible and we pay those working with us a fair wage.

Step 4

You’ll receive an email with a password to our special members-only online store. There you can add things like our award-winning raw honey, dehydrated bananas, and other special local artisanal products to your delivery.
